  • How much does shipping cost?

    Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling, and shipping. All other shipping rates, including expedited shipping rates, are calculated during check out and are based on weight and size of the items you have ordered as well as the ship to address. All our products are shipped directly from White River Junction, Vermont 05001.

  • When should I expect my order?

    Our packages are sent Monday through Friday via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 3pm Eastern Time. Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days.

    When you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  • Do you ship outside the US?

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

  • What is your return policy?

    If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, simply return it for a refund.

    To qualify for a refund, your return must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Return attempts after this 30 day period will not be accepted.

  • Are returns free?

    We will pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you have received an incorrect or defective item) otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Can I return clearance or sale items?

    Sorry, all sale items are final sale.

  • What happens if I take the tags off or wash an item?

    Items must have attached tags and in its original packaging.

    Items must not be worn, altered, washed and free of any make-up, stains, etc. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
